Dear Parent/Guardian:

As you may be aware, Clear Creek ISD is heavily impacted with families who work on federal property or are in the military. Texas is unable to collect local taxes from tax-free federal properties, which means less money for public education. The federal government, however, partially reimburses Texas for the cost of education for federally connected students through Impact Aid funds. In order to receive a compensation, a survey form from each student must be completed based on information as of September 20, 2021.

The amount of Impact Aid CCISD receives is based on how many parents/guardians complete and return this survey to their child's school. Every student needs to complete this form regardless of whether or not you work on a federal property or are in the military. Please follow each step and answer each question. If the answer is NO, please move onto the next step.  If the answer is YES, please complete all information for each area that applies. If neither situation applies to you, please answer NO for both questions and sign the form. Please list all CCISD enrolled siblings. To avoid filling out multiple forms, you may include up to four siblings on one form.
